ATC Culinary student wins 2011 Piskor Scholarship

On Monday, February 7, 2011, Sheila Davis of Atlanta Technical College (ATC) was one of only four culinary students in the Atlanta metropolitan area to be awarded the 2011 John Piskor Culinary Scholarship by The Atlanta Chapter of the American Culinary Federation (ACF). She is the first ATC student to win the coveted prize.

The college was also recognized for its outstanding service to the organization. Chef Larry Alford and ATC President Alvetta Peterman Thomas accepted the award on behalf of the college.
