How Do I Reserve Space at The Cleveland L. Dennard Conference Center?

            Please Note:

            All organizations must have a signed contract in place prior to the start of the event.

            Event space is available on a First Come First Served basis.

Cancellations and changes to schedules must be made in writing to The Cleveland L. Dennard Center at least eight business days prior to the start of an event for the client to be refunded all monies paid.

Contracts require a 25% deposit prior to the event. The deposit is applied to the total rental cost.

Agencies or organizations with outstanding balances greater than 30 days will not be permitted to make a new reservation until the balance is reconciled.
