This stunning open air lobby is welcoming for any person that enters the Cleveland L. Dennard building. This 3,200 square foot space can host a multitude of events. The design includes a beautiful staircase that serves as a natural balcony that over looks the lower level. The room has two living areas with cherry wood furniture, and gorgeous lifelike foliage that produces a homelike setting. The room is topped off with Frank Lloyd Wright inspired windows that allow the flow of natural sunlight. The space can host 350 people.
Whether it’s a corporate training session or lavish banquet, The Dennard Conference Center is perfectly suited to host a wide range of events. This 3,500 square foot contemporary jewel can accommodate as many as 240 for a seated dinner or can be divided into three smaller banquet rooms through the use of retractable walls. Amenities include: Internet connectivity, CD/DVD, VHS capability, portable stage, podium, built in screens, on-site catering & custom menus, ceiling mounted projection system, high end audio system, wireless microphones, and an audio control room.
With over 6,000 sq. feet of meeting space, the seminar rooms have been designed to stimulate open communications for productive results. These versatile rooms can also be transformed into intimate private dining rooms. The Cleveland L. Dennard Center offers six first class rooms that can be configured to meet specific needs, and can serve a various number of people. Amenities include: Cordless phones, built in screens, podium, whiteboards, portable projection, CD/DVD/VHS access, internet connectivity, and wireless presentation capability.
The Dennard Center also offers other areas for rental on our main campus. Upon availability, these areas may be rented for various events and training.
