AUDIO VISUAL SERVICES
The following Audio visual services and equipment are available at an additional cost. Onsite tech support is available for a flat fee of $50/hour with a minimum of four (4) hours. Complimentary use of the following audiovisual items are includedin the rental of the Ballroom only: built in LCD projector andprojection screen, overhead speakers, and laptop connectivity.Multiple items may be requested by holding down the Ctrl key on your keyboard while clicking with the mouse.

The Cleveland L. Dennard Conference Center has a required list of caterers to provide catering services for all of your event needs.These caterers are licensed, allowed to serve on the (ATC) grounds, and must be used if holding your event at the Cleveland L. Dennard Conference Center. These caterers are experienced and reputable companies that have done exceptional work in our area.
