Executive Board Room

The Executive Board room is located on the second floor of the Cleveland L. Dennard building adjacent from the President’s office and is the central point for the creation and dissemination of information. With over 500 square feet of meeting space, the Executive Board Room is perfect for a large meeting. Amenities include a 20ft cherry wood conference table dressed with adjustable leather chairs, and matching executive credenzas for stylish, yet discreet storage. This room is also equipped for the delivery of video and wireless PowerPoint presentations.

Atrium

This stunning open air lobby is welcoming for any person that enters the Cleveland L. Dennard building. This 3200 square foot space can host a multitude of events. The design includes a beautiful staircase that serves as a natural balcony that over looks the lower level. The room has two living areas with cherry wood furniture, and gorgeous lifelike foliage that produces a homelike setting. The room is topped off with Frank Lloyd Wright inspired windows that allow the flow of natural sunlight. The space can host over 350 people.

Ball Room

Whether it’s a corporate training session or lavish banquet, The Cleveland L. Dennard Conference Center is perfectly suited to host a wide range of events. This 3500 square foot contemporary jewel can accommodate as many as 250 for a seated dinner or can be divided into three smaller banquet rooms through the use of retractable walls. Amenities include: Internet connectivity, CD/DVD, VHS capability, portable stage, podium, built in screens, on-site catering & custom menus, built-in projection system, high end audio system and wireless microphones.

Seminar Rooms

With over 5900 sq feet of meeting space, the seminar rooms have been designed to stimulate open communications for productive results. These versatile rooms can also be transformed into intimate private dining rooms. The Cleveland L. Dennard Center offers six first class rooms that can be configured to meet specific needs, and can serve a various number of people. Amenities include: Cordless phones, built in screens, podium, whiteboards, portable projection, CD/DVD/VHS access, internet connectivity, and wireless presentation capability.

Additional Facilities

Cleveland L. Dennard Conference Center also offers other areas for rental on Atlanta Technical College main campus. Upon availability, these areas may be rented for various events and training.
