ALL TUITION AND FEES are due at time of registration. It is the responsibility of the student to assure that FULL PAYMENT is made by the designated deadline. Unfortunately, we cannot offer any payment plans or defer any tuition and fees. Our cashier’s office accepts cash, personal checks, money orders, and credit/debit cards with Master Card or Visa logos. Tuition and fees do not include textbooks, supplies, or tools that may be needed for your program of study.

Financial aid and/or third party payment must be approved in time to meet payment deadlines, and recipients must ensure that their aid is sufficient to cover all fees for the term. Schedules are not confirmed until all fees are paid for the term.

The tuition rate of $40 per credit hour applies to all Georgia resident students. Students enrolled in the EMT program pay a rate of $56 per credit hour. Out-of-state students’ tuition fees are calculated at twice the resident tuition fees. International students’ tuition fees are calculated at four times the resident tuition fees. Mandatory fees include a $27 registration fee, $16 student activity fee, and a $4 insurance fee. Students are also required to pay a Technology Fee of $35 for each term of enrollment. Other fees include $14.50 or $61 malpractice fee, $30 late registration fee, $35 graduation fee, $15 parking decal, and $20 non-refundable application fee.

Registration is on a first come, first serve basis at ATC. ATC reserves the right to cancel any class. The academic courses listed are tentative and subject to change. Any fees paid are 100% refundable when a class is cancelled by the college. Students must drop by the third (3) instructional day to receive a refund of tuition and applicable fees.

Fees maximums are set by the Technical College Systems of Georgia, and are subject to change at the beginning of any term.
