Atlanta Technical College proudly joined Junior Achievement of Georgia to celebrate the ribbon cutting and official opening of its Partner Storefront at the JA Delta Discovery Center of Clayton County on May 13. This exciting addition places ATC at the heart of a dynamic, hands-on learning environment designed to introduce middle school students to real-world education and career pathways.
The JA Discovery Center, which will serve more than 15,000 students each year, is fully integrated into the Clayton County Public Schools curriculum, ensuring every middle school student participates in this immersive experience. Through JA Finance Park and JA BizTown, students engage in interactive simulations that bring classroom concepts to life.
ATC’s presence within the Discovery Center strengthens this experience by connecting students to technical education opportunities early in their academic journey. The partnership reflects a shared commitment to preparing young people for success and making learning both practical and engaging. By helping students see the connection between education and future careers, ATC is inspiring the next generation to explore pathways in technical and workforce education.
